Privacy Policy

Responsible handling of personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how TalentSavvy collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our public website at https://talentsavvy.com, contact us, or interact with our technology products and services.

TalentSavvy is a US-based business providing technology products and services to enterprise clients. This policy distinguishes our public website and related online services from information processed through ImproveTeam and ManageTeam on behalf of customers. Product processing is subject to applicable customer agreements; this policy does not amend or replace those agreements.

Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Last updated: October 14, 2026

Section 1

Introduction

TalentSavvy is committed to protecting personal information and handling it responsibly.

For purposes of this policy, “TalentSavvy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TalentSavvy COM LLC and the relevant entities operating our services, as applicable.

Section 2

Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with TalentSavvy.

Website visitors and business contacts

When you contact us, submit an enquiry, or otherwise interact with our website, we may collect information such as:

  • Name and business contact details, including email address and telephone number.
  • Job title, organization, and other information you choose to provide.
  • The contents of enquiries, communications, and support requests.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through general website forms unless specifically requested and appropriate.

If you choose to complete our R.E.A.D.Y. diagnostic or request an emailed profile, we process the responses and contact information you provide to deliver that experience.

Information collected automatically on the public website

Depending on the website services and technologies in use, technical and usage information may be collected automatically when you visit. This may include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, referring websites or traffic sources, access timestamps, and diagnostic or security information recorded in server logs.

Cookies, similar technologies, or analytics tools, where enabled, may also collect information about website navigation and interactions as described below. Public website activity is distinct from customer application data or source code processed through customer-configured SaaS integrations; visiting our marketing website does not itself provide access to that information.

Information processed through our software products

ImproveTeam and ManageTeam help organizations understand and improve software delivery. In providing these services, we may process information supplied by or collected through a customer’s software development lifecycle tools.

Depending on the customer’s configuration and use of the service, this may include:

  • Software delivery metadata, such as information about work items, commits, pull requests, and delivery activity.
  • Limited personal information associated with technology staff, such as names, usernames, work identifiers, or activity associated with software development tools.
  • Account, authentication, access, and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

The precise information processed depends on the customer, the tools connected, and the service configuration. Customers are responsible for determining what information they make available through their integrations, subject to their agreements with TalentSavvy.

Section 3

How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information, as appropriate, to:

  • Respond to enquiries and communicate with prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and support our website and services.
  • Deliver the functionality requested by our customers.
  • Diagnose problems, maintain service reliability, and improve our products.
  • Protect our services, detect misuse, and support information security.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We will use personal information for other purposes only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, after providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent.

Section 4

Our Role in Processing Customer Data

When an organization uses ImproveTeam or ManageTeam, it generally determines the purposes for which its staff information is processed. TalentSavvy processes that information on the customer’s behalf to provide the contracted services and in accordance with applicable customer agreements.

In these circumstances, the customer is generally responsible for determining the appropriate basis for collecting and making the information available to TalentSavvy, providing any required notices, and responding to requests from its personnel concerning that information.

TalentSavvy may separately process certain information for its own business purposes, such as managing customer relationships, securing its services, and meeting legal obligations. The applicable roles and responsibilities depend on the nature of the processing and the relevant agreements.

Section 5

Cookies and Website Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies, such as browser storage, may be used for website functionality, preferences, security, and, where enabled, analytics. Essential technologies support functions such as maintaining a session, preserving a requested interaction, or protecting the website. Optional analytics technologies, where used, help us understand website usage and are distinct from technologies necessary to provide a requested function.

Browser settings can help you block or delete cookies and manage some other stored information. Restricting these technologies may affect website functionality. Browser controls do not necessarily manage every similar technology or replace any consent choices required by applicable law.

Where optional analytics requires consent, its use must be subject to the applicable consent requirements. This policy does not represent that a cookie banner or preference centre is currently available. You can contact us through our Contact page with questions about website technologies or privacy choices.

This policy does not authorize advertising or retargeting practices that are not part of our website operations. If our use of cookies or analytics changes materially, we will review this policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

Section 6

Website Analytics

We intend to use website analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), to understand how visitors use our website and improve its content, usability, and performance. This policy describes that intended use; it does not state that Google Analytics is currently active.

If enabled, the information collected depends on the analytics configuration and any applicable consent choices. To the extent collected by that configuration, analytics information may include:

  • Pages visited and navigation patterns.
  • Referring websites and traffic sources.
  • Interactions with website content.
  • Browser type, device type, operating system, and related technical information.
  • Approximate geographic location inferred from technical information.
  • Usage timestamps and related diagnostic information.

We would use this information for aggregate analysis, website improvement, and understanding visitor engagement, rather than to describe activity within a customer’s SaaS environment. The types of information collected must reflect the tools and settings actually enabled.

For information about how Google handles information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Section 7

How We Share Personal Information

We may disclose personal information where necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • Service providers: Vendors that support website hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, and website operations, and analytics providers where analytics is enabled. Information is shared as needed for their services, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
  • Customers: Information processed through our software products may be made available to the relevant customer in accordance with the service configuration and customer agreement.
  • Legal and regulatory purposes: Where disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid request from a competent authority, or where necessary to protect legal rights and safety.
  • Business transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable legal requirements.
  • With permission: Where you direct us to disclose information or otherwise consent where consent is required.

We do not sell personal information as part of the website practices described in this policy.

Section 8

Data Storage and International Transfers

Website information may be stored or processed in the United States and other locations where the service providers supporting website hosting, communications, security, or analytics operate, depending on the providers and configuration in use.

Separately, TalentSavvy’s ImproveTeam and ManageTeam production environments share application and data infrastructure hosted in the United States on Microsoft Azure. This product hosting arrangement does not describe the hosting or processing locations of every public website service.

Depending on the service, the relevant customer agreement, and operational requirements, authorized personnel may access information from other locations.

Where personal information is transferred across borders, we will handle the transfer in accordance with applicable legal requirements and relevant contractual commitments.

Section 9

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, subject to applicable legal, contractual, and operational requirements.

For information processed through ImproveTeam and ManageTeam on behalf of customers, retention and deletion are governed by the applicable customer agreement and documented procedures. Backups or other retained copies may persist for a limited period, subject to applicable requirements and the relevant agreement.

For website enquiries and business contact information, we retain information as needed to manage communications, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and address disputes.

Retention of website technical logs, diagnostic submissions, and analytics information, where collected, depends on the purpose of processing and the applicable service settings. This policy does not specify a uniform retention period for those records.

When information is no longer required, we will take appropriate steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable requirements and technical limitations.

Section 10

Information Security

TalentSavvy maintains technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Safeguards vary with the service and information involved. Our product security approach includes cloud infrastructure protections, access controls, authentication, customer data isolation, encryption, credential management, and independent security assessment. Product architecture and assurance statements should not be read as a claim that every public website service uses identical controls or falls within the same assessment scope.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We work to maintain appropriate safeguards and address security issues in accordance with our operational procedures and applicable obligations.

More detail about our security practices is available on our Security & Trust page.

Section 11

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to:

  • Request access to personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Object to or request restrictions on certain processing.
  • Request a portable copy of certain information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with an appropriate privacy or data protection authority.

The availability and scope of these rights depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the processing.

For requests relating to public website information, please contact TalentSavvy through the Contact page. We may need information to verify your identity and understand the request.

If your information is processed through ImproveTeam or ManageTeam on behalf of your employer or another organization, please contact that organization in the first instance. TalentSavvy will support the customer in handling applicable requests in accordance with the relevant agreement and legal obligations.

Section 12

Children's Privacy

TalentSavvy’s services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that we can assess and address the matter.

Section 13

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our public website may contain links to third-party websites. Separately, our products may integrate with third-party tools selected or configured by customers.

Those third parties may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. TalentSavvy is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites. We encourage you to review their applicable privacy notices.

Section 14

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, information-handling practices, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and take any additional notification steps required by applicable law or agreement.

Section 15
